Job Title: Enterprise Channel Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Channel Account Manager to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase wallet share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive growth and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of customer-interfacing experience, preferably in a sales or account management role.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics, including lead generation and qualification.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
