Key Account Manager - Modern Trade & Distributor Channel

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Poland. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in Modern Trade & Distributor Channel or Specialities shops with kids assortment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the strategy for key customers
  • Create short-term and long-term marketing and sales plans, including JBP's
  • Manage promotion budget, portfolio management, and new product listings
  • Deliver KPI's, create reports, and analysis, and negotiate with clients
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Logistic, and Finance, to drive cross-functional international projects
  • Analyze consumer behavior and trends
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG international company, preferably in the food/non-food or consumer electronics category
  • Experience in Modern Trade, Distributor Channel, or Kids Specialities Shops like Smyk, Empik, and others
  • Fluent in written and spoken Polish and English
  • Proven track record in sales, with excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Proactive, open-minded, and flexible personality
