Key Account Manager Job Description

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the Commercial Team, overseeing key retailers and representing all ELC brands. This role involves sales planning, managing commercial relationships, and driving business growth within the Pure Player channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive retail sales and net sales growth
  • Manage commercial relationships with key retailers, including sales planning, stock management, and coop advertising
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet organizational targets and drive business growth
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key buyers and retailers
  • Monitor sales development, stock rotation, and order management to ensure seamless execution
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or fashion industry
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI systems, with a general understanding of MS Office
  • Ukrainian and/or Russian and English language skills are essential
