As a Key Account Manager at Avon, you will play a crucial role in establishing long-term business relationships with retail clients and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. You will work closely with the sales, omnichannel, marketing, and operations teams to build a strong partnership and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to meet business objectives and customer needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with retail clients, leveraging your knowledge of the Polish market and the cosmetics industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive innovation.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with retail clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
