About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, you will be responsible for driving sales within assigned channels to maximize revenue opportunities with channel partners. You will collaborate closely with internal functions like Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Finance, and ALE central teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish productive business relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
  • Meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Establish marketing and sales plans per channel with regular follow-up.
  • Develop ongoing Business Partner training and certification plans to enable partners in chosen Enterprise products and solutions.
  • Drive and maintain channel account plans for defined Business Partners.
  • Address customer service issues raised by channel partners.
  • Drive new business enablement initiatives and work on cross-selling opportunities within assigned channel partners.
  • Lead key opportunities and train channel partner resources on how to win with ALE portfolio.
  • Manage forecasts and accuracy on a weekly basis, reflecting prospects and opportunities in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise forecasting tool.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in managing national-wide channel partners with existing relationships is appreciated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
