We are seeking a skilled Channel Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market share in our Food & Water division. As a Channel Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing channel strategies to achieve business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Define business plans and targets for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Forecast sales and budget, monitor progress against objectives, and identify problem areas to improve performance.
  • Work proactively with sales and business development teams to optimize sales efficiency.
  • Coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
  • Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs tailored to the needs of the division strategy plan.
  • Lead the sales team, providing direction and ensuring they perform according to the plan and sales process.
  • Develop, motivate, and coach direct reports to secure the development of relevant sales and product/application competencies.

Your Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Proven experience in channel management, business development, or sales in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of channel distribution, partner management, and sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • People management skills and experience in leading teams.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Flexibility to travel within the country and surrounding countries, if needed.
