About the Role

The Senior Channel Account Manager is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard new high-potential partners.
  • Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop annual joint business plans and set sales targets.
  • Work with partners to leverage benefits of distribution programs and other key initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or indirect sales.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
