About the Role
The Senior Channel Account Manager is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the assigned territory to identify coverage gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard new high-potential partners.
- Build strong relationships with key partner stakeholders to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with partners to develop annual joint business plans and set sales targets.
- Work with partners to leverage benefits of distribution programs and other key initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales or indirect sales.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
