About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Channel Revenue Officer to drive sales within our assigned channels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities with channel partners.

You will report directly to the Country Business Leader and collaborate closely with internal functions such as Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Supply Chain, Finance, and ALE central teams.

Your primary goal is to achieve sales targets through channel partner enablement and engagement at all levels. This includes taking the lead on key business initiatives, gaining market share through ALE technology adoption in assigned partner's landscape, and creating and maintaining sales opportunities as well as order forecast accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will establish productive business relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts and Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.
  • You will meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • You will develop marketing and sales plans per channel with regular follow-up.
  • You will create ongoing Business Partner training and certification plans to enable partners in chosen Enterprise products and solutions.
  • You will drive and maintain the channel account plans for defined Business Partners.
  • You will address customer service issues raised by channel partners.
  • You will drive new business enablement initiatives and work on cross-selling opportunities within assigned channel partners.
  • You will lead key opportunities and train channel partner resources on how to win with ALE portfolio.
  • You will manage forecasts and accuracy on a weekly basis, reflecting prospects and opportunities in Alcatel Lucent Enterprise forecasting tool.
  • You should have experience in managing national-wide channel partners with existing relationships being an advantage.

Previous experience driving channel sales ideally within the same product category and channel is required.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners. They will be driven, highly motivated, and passionate about sales.
