Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Retail Account Manager to join our Commercial Team at Estée Lauder Companies.

About the Role

The Key Account Manager is assigned to oversee particular retailers and represent all ELC brands. This role will engage in sales planning, managing commercial relationships between ELC and retailer buying departments, and driving business growth within Pure Player channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop business growth within assigned client(s) by delivering retail sales, net sales, and meeting profitability and operational targets.
  • Create clients' strategies and contribute to local and Regional Digital Commerce strategy and planning.
  • Lead internal discussions with key stakeholders to meet organizational targets.
  • Build close relationships with retailers and their key buyers.
  • Be the point of contact for the retailer's buying department.
