Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Channel Marketing and Key Account Manager to drive our retail and e-tail initiatives in Eastern Europe, with a focus on Poland.

This role combines regional channel marketing responsibility with local key account management, requiring a strong understanding of the EU retail strategic framework and the ability to implement it effectively.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering, fluent in Polish and English, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing the EU retail strategic framework, including portfolio introduction and reviews, channel conflict mitigation, pricing consistency assessment, and campaign budget follow-up.
  • Providing essential support to local key accounts, offering tailored retail solutions, monitoring market potential, and driving product and customer diversification.
  • Developing the e-tail segment by identifying the target customer base, overseeing the translation of B2C content, and coordinating the delivery of data and marketing assets.
  • Cultivating an internal network, building strong relationships with stakeholders and functions to facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing and regional retail key accounts.
  • Playing a crucial role in winning new business and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering high customer service.
  • Creating business proposals for new and existing opportunities, with close monitoring of KPIs (margin, growth, service level...).
  • Keeping the team informed about the competitive landscape and market trends, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Negotiating and putting into action commercial agreements, including legal contracting.
