Retail Channel Marketing Specialist and Key Account Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to fill a dual role as a Retail Channel Marketing Specialist and Key Account Coordinator for Eastern Europe.
About the Role
This role involves implementing the EU retail strategic framework, providing support to local key accounts, and driving product and customer diversification.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the EU retail strategic framework, including portfolio introduction and reviews, channel conflict mitigation, and pricing consistency assessment.
- Providing essential support to local key accounts, including tailored retail solutions, market potential monitoring, and product and customer diversification.
- Driving the e-tail segment by identifying the target customer base, overseeing the translation of B2C content, and coordinating the delivery of data and marketing assets.
- Cultivating an internal network, building strong relationships with stakeholders and functions, and facilitating seamless collaboration between marketing and regional retail key accounts.
- Playing a crucial role in winning new business and ensuring the smooth on-boarding of new clients.
- Building strong relationships with clients and delivering high customer service.
- Creating business proposals for new and existing opportunities, with close monitoring of KPIs.
- Keeping the team informed about the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Negotiating and putting into action commercial agreements, including legal contracting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.
- Fluency in Polish and English, with a third European language as a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong interest in data and figures, with e-commerce experience, especially in automotive products.
- Willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings within the assigned region.
- Problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
- Experience abroad or in an international/intercultural context.
- Flexibility, autonomy, collaboration, results orientation, and future focus.
