Role Overview

Bosch, a pioneer in innovation and digital transformation, is seeking an exceptional Strategic Retail Marketing and Key Account Professional to drive retail and e-tail initiatives in Eastern Europe, with a focus on Poland.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the EU retail strategic framework, ensuring portfolio introduction and reviews align with local market requirements, mitigate channel conflicts, assess pricing consistency, and manage campaigns and budgets.
  • Promote tailored retail solutions, monitor market potential, and drive product and customer diversification for local key accounts.
  • Play a pivotal role in the e-tail segment by identifying target customer bases, overseeing B2C content translation, and coordinating data and marketing asset delivery.
  • Cultivate internal networks, building strong relationships with stakeholders and functions to facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing and regional retail key accounts.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
  • Win new business and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients through effective relationship-building and high-quality customer service.
  • Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities, closely monitoring KPIs (margin, growth, service level, etc.).
  • Provide valuable insights on the competitive landscape and market trends, informing decision-making within the team.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial agreements, including legal contracting.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Sales/Marketing or Engineering.
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with a third European language as a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interest in data and figures, with e-commerce experience, especially in automotive products.
  • Willingness to travel for customer and internal meetings within your assigned region.
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking to propose mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Experience abroad or in an international/intercultural context.

  • Employment Contract and a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year + annual bonus.
