Junior Key Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Key Account Manager to join our team at Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o. in Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the customer business, negotiate contracts, manage teams, and drive business growth.

About the Job

The Junior Key Account Manager will be responsible for leading independently the customer business, including all categories, negotiating contracts between the customer and P&G, managing a team of KAMs and Sales Specialists, developing Customer's Business Plans and objectives, and leveraging Customer's specifics knowledge for reliable input to P&G initiative planning.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive starting salary range of €40,000 - €60,000 per year, plus benefits such as private health care, life insurance, PG stock options, saving plans, lunch subsidy, company car, and Dynamic Living programs (sport cards, in-office fitness centre).

Job Description

  • Lead Independently the Customer Business: Manage all aspects of the customer relationship, including volume forecasting, product cards, EAN codes, customer reports, administration, budgets tracking, etc.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with the customer to agree on terms and conditions of the contract, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage Teams: Supervise a team of KAMs and Sales Specialists, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Develop Business Plans: Collaborate with the customer to develop Business Plans and objectives, aligning them with P&G's overall strategy.
  • Leverage Customer Knowledge: Utilize the customer's specifics knowledge to inform P&G's initiative planning, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Deploy Resources: Lead the deployment of multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined Customer-specific volume and in-store presence opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Initial Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Business Development role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Customer Management: Strong ability to lead the customer internally and externally, handling end-to-end relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Value Creation: Ability to create value for customers, identifying insights, and executing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
  • Fluency in English and Polish: Fluency in both English and Polish (written and spoken).
