About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our key account efforts and drive revenue growth.

As a Key Account Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with C-level executives at targeted markets and sectors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Your goal will be to hit sales targets in both revenue and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, resources, or a related field. Fluency in Polish and English is a must, as well as experience selling IT outstaffing/bodyleasing services.

You will be able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs, manage all sales opportunities, pipeline activity, and account activity in CRM, and travel as required.
