About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to leadership

Requirements:

  • Proven success as a Key Account Manager in an FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
