About the Role:
Job Opportunity: Sales Manager Coffee Franchise SolutionsThis role involves shaping and leading a sales team as you drive the expansion of the franchise program. You will play a pivotal part in developing and executing strategies to attract new franchise partners and manage ongoing relationships. This is a hands-on position, collaborating directly with the founders to bring their vision to the Polish market.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to attract and onboard franchise partners
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management
- Identify and engage prospective clients, presenting their unique franchise solutions
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with franchisees and business partners
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in franchise sales, with experience building and managing sales teams preferably of franchising
- Fluent in Polish with strong English skills
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
