About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Account Growth Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to drive business growth and expansion in the CEE region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify and pursue new growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent account management support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully uncover upsell opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and forecast accurately to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in senior account management and/or customer service roles, minimum 2 years.
  • Proven track record of managing SaaS clients and driving business growth.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, International Relations, or similar field.
