Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities- IDentify and target potential clients, acquiring new business
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on emerging trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
- Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline development and revenue forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations
- Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of Instreamly technology and solutions
- Run campaigns on the Polish market with elements of project management
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients in marketing/media/gaming industries
- Good understanding of the marketing and gaming industry
- Proactive attitude and enthusiasm for challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and effective time management
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Polish and good knowledge of English (additional language a plus)
- Familiarity with HubSpot (nice to have)
- Competitive salary: 6,000 - 8,000 PLN net + VAT plus sales commission
