Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o.

Responsibilities
  • Create and develop business plans for key customers, leading year-end negotiations to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and evaluate joint business plans, delivering critical sales metrics.
  • Lead portfolio management to utilize trade funds effectively, achieving sustainable volume and value growth.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customer specifics to inform P&G initiative planning.
  • Deploy multifunctional resources and funds to drive customer-specific value creation and in-store presence opportunities.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations, including volume forecasting, customer reports, trade and competition updates, and budget management.
  • Analyze and recommend new ideas to improve sales in target categories.
  • Foster category understanding across the team and build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements
  • Proven success as a Key Account Manager, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Achieve excellence through continuous learning, calculated risk-taking, and superior results.
  • Exceptional analytical thinking, communication skills, and influence.
  • Provide clear direction to drive best-in-store execution and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum bachelor's degree.
  • Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
