About the Role

AIDA projektai, MB is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within the IT industry, preferably in an outsourcing setting. Strong knowledge of the IT industry and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to supporting clients with signed contracts. This will involve working with markets based on your previous expertise and interest, including EU (France, Germany), USA, Australia, UK, Scandinavia, and Japan.

Frequent business trips will be required for closing deals and attending conferences, which will be covered by the company. You will also be expected to generate leads primarily through LinkedIn and email, with an 80/20 ratio of cold to warm leads.

We utilize tools such as Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and our own CRM to streamline our sales process.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales within the IT industry, preferably in an outsourcing setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.

  • Full-time contract engagement with gross compensation in euro.
  • Timely payment of wages once per month, with bonuses 5-10% from closed deals.

Salary: €2400 - €2800 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
