Procter and Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o. is a leading global consumer goods company seeking a motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as an IT Transformation Specialist.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 65000 to 95000 PLN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Junior IT Manager will be responsible for coordinating technical changes and requirements, establishing the right user experience, and acquiring technical knowledge for specific applications. Key areas of focus include:

  • Application Engineer: coordinate technical changes and requirements, establish the right user experience, acquire technical knowledge for specific applications, and operate on various IT platforms such as MS Azure, Salesforce, Magento, Oracle Siebel, and Google Cloud.
  • Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master: communicate and cooperate with all involved parties, lead solution development, release management, and operations for IT systems to meet business and solution requirements, and apply Modern Application Development frameworks including Design Thinking, Agile project management, and CI/CD.
  • Service Manager: establish service to delight users while delivering financial and operational goals, gather business requirements, lead process simplification, issue resolution, and manage changes using modern IT tools such as Jira, GitLab/GitHub, Selenium, Jenkins, Panaya, Zephyr, RallyDev, and many more.
  • Business Insights Analyst/Data Scientist: investigate business problems, help answer hard questions, identify and compile data sources, use advanced analytics to provide business insights, and help the company grow and achieve its goals using technology such as Python, R, KNIME.
  • Application Security Engineer: work with InfoSec Team that covers number of domains, get chance to work with different tools and processes, Enterprise Solutions that are used by InfoSec, understand terminology and/or support business and DevOps.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Young professionals with a real passion for business and technology, with experience working on IT projects gained during studies, personal projects or first professional experience.
  • Strong leadership, innovation, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Higher education degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with specific technical/deep IT understanding preferred.
  • English fluency.
