Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage, and promoting our products and campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls and follow-ups to ensure seamless customer service and boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.
  • Assist new and current players in resolving any issues or blockers to enjoying our products.
  • Promote our site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offering.
  • Work closely with the Sales team leader to ensure all targets are understood and met.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Payments, Risk, VIP, and Customer Support, to deliver exceptional results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong passion for customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to confidently promote our sites, products, and promotions in Italian and English.
  • A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basis.
  • Bilingual or native-level proficiency in Italian and fluency in English.
  • An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industry.
  • Target-oriented and driven by achieving goals.
