Top Financial Sector Sales Professional Wanted

For a leading provider of data analysis and economic information, we are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead sales initiatives within the financial sector.
Main duties will include:
- Sales Goal Achievement
- Engage in sales activities with established KPIs, focusing on organic growth within the current business.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline with regular weekly reviews conducted with the Regional Sales Director (RSD).
- New Business Opportunities
- Generate new opportunities across Poland and Central Eastern Europe, implementing strategies to boost revenue while demonstrating personal initiative.
- Presentation and Networking
- Deliver high-level presentations of EMIS services, attending industry events, networking with clients and prospects, gathering contact information and distributing promotional materials.
- Client Understanding
- Understand and effectively communicate client workflow, providing valuable feedback.
- CRM System Maintenance
- Keep the CRM system updated, ensuring clear visibility of activities and sales forecasts.
We require:
- 4+ years of proven experience in successfully selling business information products, preferably to financial or professional sectors.
- Experience with SaaS product sales is highly advantageous.
- Strong ability to identify new opportunities and cultivate them into lasting relationships.
- Skilled in negotiating with senior management.
- Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent diplomacy, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- An university degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or International Relations.
This role offers:
- Competitive Salary: approximately 60,000 PLN per month (dependent on experience) plus a performance-based bonus structure.
