About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that provides satellite communication services to the public sector.

As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our presence in the Polish public sector and expanding our customer base in the field of satellite communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Manage existing accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure continued business development.
  • New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new customers, focusing on expanding our reach within the government market.
  • Product and Solution Promotion: Ensure that all clients, both existing and prospective, are fully informed about our portfolio, including hardware, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
  • Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specified customers, handling their requests professionally and efficiently to meet or exceed expectations.
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a strong commercial awareness.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on account management and new business development.

A deep understanding of the satellite communication industry is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to this field is also valued.

Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.

Estimated Salary:
