The Role
Position: Sales Manager - Government and Public Sector
About the Role: This Sales Manager - Government and Public Sector position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team within a global leader in satellite communications.
Based in Warsaw, Poland, this role is pivotal in strengthening the company's presence in the Polish public sector while also expanding its customer base in the field of satellite communication.
The role is integral to the company's commercial operations, providing a platform for an ambitious individual to grow their sales career and contribute significantly to the business's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage existing accounts to maximize growth opportunities and ensure continued business development.
- New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new customers, focusing on expanding the company's reach within the government market.
- Product and Solution Promotion: Ensure that all clients, both existing and prospective, are fully informed about the company's portfolio, including hardware, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
- Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specified customers, handling their requests professionally and efficiently to meet or exceed expectations.
- Reseller and Agent Management: Work with existing Resellers and Agents while identifying and onboarding new ones to expand business opportunities where appropriate.
- Order and Service Management: Ensure that sales orders and service issues are managed smoothly, keeping customers informed about delivery and resolution processes at all times.
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in sales, a strong focus on account management and new business development, and a deep understanding of the satellite communication industry.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain excellent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for this role, and a self-driven, results-oriented individual with a professional attitude, flexibility, and a strong commercial awareness is required.
