Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ehrhardt + Partner GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the logistics industry in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop market entry strategies and country-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Manage direct sales and partner sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
  • Support marketing activities and participate in industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries and report to the Chief Sales Officer and CEO.

Requirements:

  • University degree or comparable qualification in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in sales, such as business development manager or sales manager.
  • Experience in logistics and affinity for IT and technical systems.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Competitive and able to build strong relationships.
  • Flexible and willing to travel.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
