Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Ehrhardt + Partner GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the logistics industry in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop market entry strategies and country-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
- Manage direct sales and partner sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
- Support marketing activities and participate in industry conferences and trade shows.
- Collaborate with international subsidiaries and report to the Chief Sales Officer and CEO.
Requirements:
- University degree or comparable qualification in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in sales, such as business development manager or sales manager.
- Experience in logistics and affinity for IT and technical systems.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Competitive and able to build strong relationships.
- Flexible and willing to travel.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
