Become a key player in our Polish sales team

As a Sales Manager for TAP Poland, you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase our presence in the Polish market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour operators and travel agencies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize our sales approach
  • Collaborate with our international sales team to share best practices and drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with additional languages a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
