Sales Manager for TAP Poland

Become a key player in our Polish sales team
As a Sales Manager for TAP Poland, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase our presence in the Polish market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tour operators and travel agencies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize our sales approach
- Collaborate with our international sales team to share best practices and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform our sales strategy
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the aviation industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Polish and English, with additional languages a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
