Senior Sales Effectiveness Manager

Position Overview
The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will be responsible for driving Sales Force Effectiveness across the international business unit. This role will focus on enhancing and elevating sales capabilities and commercial team performance through a culture of Sales Force Effectiveness. The Manager will work closely with the International Training Manager and Field Operations Manager to deliver and implement the Commercial Excellence plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
- Lead on Sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Excellence team to deliver cross-functional projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8+ years' experience in Sales Force.
- 5+ years in a Sales Force Effectiveness role or similar focused on delivering commercial excellence.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva).
Travel Requirements: 50%+ Travel. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
