Job Overview:
H.B. Fuller is seeking a skilled Strategic Account Manager to advance our presence in the Polish market within the construction adhesives sector. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving market growth, and cultivating key relationships with specifiers, architects, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive strategic plans for the Construction Adhesives Sales Team to drive commercial targets and optimize market share.

• Coordinate communication and activities to ensure effective plan execution, allocating 30% of time to identify and pursue larger growth opportunities.

• Cultivate a robust sales pipeline to capitalize on future growth opportunities, utilizing sales processes and tools to maximize effectiveness.

• Proactively anticipate and address customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty, delivering tailored value propositions to drive customer intimacy and loyalty.

• Negotiate pricing and margin using value selling to capture optimum results, owning the contact matrix to ensure internal and external expectations are set and met.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or marketing field, with fluency in both Polish and English.

• A large network within the construction adhesives industry in Poland and minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience within the Construction Adhesives Industry.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the adhesives, sealants, and tapes market, with proven ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
