Customer Service: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Luxury Sales Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding and catering to the unique needs of luxury clientele, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Sales: As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales by understanding current jewelry trends and what appeals to our target clientele. You will demonstrate in-depth knowledge of stones and jewelry and our product line, designers, and unique selling points.

Store Operations: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring merchandise is appropriately displayed and the store is well-maintained. You will restock items as needed, maintain inventory accuracy, and process purchases, returns, and exchanges using our point-of-sale system.

Merchandising: As a High-End Sales Associate, you will assist in visual merchandising, setting up displays, and organizing store layout. You will collaborate with management and other team members to maintain store aesthetics in line with brand standards.

Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury Retail Management. Excellent English - verbal and written. Personal Attributes - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for fashion, trends, and luxury brands. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
