Senior Sales Manager

Poszukujemy doświadczonego lidera sprzedaży i obsługi klienta, który będzie odpowiedzialny za zarządzanie zespołem konsultantów i realizację strategii sprzedażowych.

Wymagania:

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem i sprzedaży w kanałach zdalnych
  • Wiedza o technologiach sprzedaży i obsługi klienta
  • Umiejętność komunikacji i zarządzania zespołem
  • Doświadczenie w Call Center/Telesprzedaży/Customer Success/Customer Service B2C

Obowiązki:

  • Zarządzanie zespołem konsultantów
  • Realizacja strategii sprzedażowych
  • Współpraca z innymi zespołami
  • Monitorowanie i raportowanie wskaźników ilościowych, jakościowych, efektywnościowych
