Job Title: Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Manager

Exact Sciences Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Force Effectiveness Manager to drive Sales Force Effectiveness across the international business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
  • Lead on Sales force performance, measurement and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets.
  • Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Excellence team to deliver cross functional projects.
  • Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Drive tough decision-making while balancing business goals, technical implications, and timelines.
  • Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  • Support and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  • Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviours for the organisation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field as outlined in the essential duties and 8+ years' experience in Sales Force.
  • 5+ years in a Sales Force Effectiveness role or similar focused on delivering commercial excellence.
  • Can demonstrate Sales Force Effectiveness commercial outputs.
  • Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel Requirements: 50%+ Travel.
