Senior Sales Director

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts and drive growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that meet and exceed our targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales cycles and successful deal closure.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or payment systems sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of negotiation and deal-making principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
