Position Overview

The Sales Force Effectiveness Manager will be primarily responsible for driving Sales Force Effectiveness across the international business unit, inclusive of direct and indirect markets. The main function of this role will be to enhance sales capabilities and the performance of commercial teams through fostering a culture of Sales Force Effectiveness across the organisation.

Key business partners include the International Training Manager, Field Operations Manager, Country Managers, Sales Managers, Business Leads, Marketing Managers, INTL Marketing Team, and IT.

The role will report to the Director, International Ops Excellence & Effectiveness.

Essential Duties

  1. Implementation of the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
  2. Lead on Sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  3. Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets.
  4. Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions.
  5. Work collaboratively with other members of the Commercial Excellence team to deliver cross-functional projects.
  6. Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organisation.
  7. Drive tough decision-making while balancing business goals, technical implications, and timelines.
  8. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
  9. Support and comply with the company's policies and procedures.
  10. Act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviours for the organisation.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8+ years' experience in Sales Force.
  2. 5+ years in a Sales Force Effectiveness role or similar focused on delivering commercial excellence.
  3. Demonstrate Sales Force Effectiveness commercial outputs.
  4. Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  5. Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva).
  6. Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.

Travel requirements/location:

  1. Travel Requirements: 50%+ Travel.
  2. Location: Warsaw, Poland.
