Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth for Polonia Warszawa. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with a strong background in sales and marketing to join our team.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, advertisers, and elite group members.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the advertising, event, media, or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
