Export Sales Director

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to take on the role of Export Sales Director at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw. This position requires a strong understanding of international trade and a proven track record in export sales.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing export sales, servicing clients, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned export sales area
- Servicing existing clients
- Aquiring new clients
- Meeting sales targets
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Creating sales reports and analyses
- Team leadership and management
- Expanding into new markets
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position within the cosmetics industry
- Fluency in English
- Practical knowledge of international trade specifics
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Willingness to travel for work purposes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
