Job Title: Regional Sales Director for Poland with International Ambitions

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to lead our team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase business and market share. They will also ensure effective sales coverage, monitor performance data, and analyse sales figures to identify trends and areas for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase existing business and market share
  • Ensure effective sales coverage across all aspects of the airline/aviation sales environment
  • Monitor and analyse sales figures and trends to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree (preferably in tourism)
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the airline/aviation industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential
  • Ability to travel frequently and possess a valid driving license
  • Fluency in Polish and English, with other languages being an advantage
