Job Overview

We seek an experienced OEM Sales Director to develop and implement long-term strategic partnerships with top OEMs in South Poland.

The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, drive sales growth through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies, and collaborate with internal teams for customer-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive sales growth and improve margins.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful development and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
  • Monitor and anticipate clients' current and future needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in key account management, preferably within the industrial sector.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in English; native proficiency in Polish.
  • Excellent key account management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
