Logistics Sales Manager in Poland

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Poland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and drive business growth.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the logistics industry. You will identify customer needs, conduct market research, and develop partner contacts to generate leads and close deals. Your primary focus will be on selling innovative warehouse software, hardware, and cloud solutions to existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop market entry strategies, country-specific sales strategies, and customer-focused approaches aligned with company objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, gather customer insights, and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance sales performance.
- Create and implement effective sales plans, utilizing your expertise in logistics, IT, and technical systems.
- Maintain communication with international subsidiaries, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer and CEO of Ehrhardt + Partner Group.
- University degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in a relevant industry.
- Familiarity with logistics and a strong affinity for IT and technical systems.
- Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Competitive mindset, with enthusiasm for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated flexibility, willingness to travel, and a strong command of the English language (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).

Estimated Salary Range:This role comes with a competitive salary, estimated at €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
