Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland/Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the WMS market in Poland/Central Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes and strategies.
- Travel to offices, prospective clients, and trade shows to promote our software and services.
- Manage and maintain data in CRM and other applications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS sales.
- Proven sales quota attainment track record.
- Customer-focused, consultative account management, cross-sell, and upsell skills.
- Ample knowledge of sales processes and experience in account management and client management.
