We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland/Central Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the WMS market in Poland/Central Europe.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes and strategies.
  • Travel to offices, prospective clients, and trade shows to promote our software and services.
  • Manage and maintain data in CRM and other applications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in WMS sales.
  • Proven sales quota attainment track record.
  • Customer-focused, consultative account management, cross-sell, and upsell skills.
  • Ample knowledge of sales processes and experience in account management and client management.
