Business Development Manager

At World Courier (Poland) Sp. z.o.o., we are committed to creating healthier futures for people and animals everywhere. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve market penetration, turnover, and profit goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and increasing customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure timely and cost-efficient completion of tasks and achievement of sales goals.
- Identify and develop a functional pool of mediators to support sales efforts.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales development, customer base, and unusual occurrences.
- Strengthen the company's image and name recognition in the region, acquiring new customers and expanding our market presence.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
