Sales Director for WMS Solutions in Central Europe

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our business development efforts in Central Europe, responsible for growing our Warehouse Management System (WMS) customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building
- Account Management and Cross-Selling
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the WMS industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
What We Offer:
- An estimated annual salary range of €60,000 - €90,000 depending on experience
