Elvis Eckardt Recruitment & Sales Solutions Limited is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record in account management and new business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying and approaching potential new customers, and promoting the company's portfolio of products and services. Strong customer relationship skills, a deep understanding of the satellite communication industry, and fluency in both Polish and English are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Maximize growth opportunities and ensure continued business development for existing accounts.
- New Business Development: Identify and approach potential new customers to expand the company's reach within the government market.
- Product and Solution Promotion: Ensure that all clients are fully informed about the company's portfolio, including hardware, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
- Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to specified customers, handling their requests professionally and efficiently to meet or exceed expectations.
- Reseller and Agent Management: Work with existing Resellers and Agents while identifying and onboarding new ones to expand business opportunities where appropriate.
- Order and Service Management: Ensure that sales orders and service issues are managed smoothly, keeping customers informed about delivery and resolution processes at all times.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales with a strong focus on account management and new business development.
- Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the satellite communication industry is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to this field is also valued.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain excellent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.
