For our client - a leading cosmetics company, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Warsaw.
Position Overview:
- Develop and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies to drive growth and leadership development within the sales team.
- Participate in management meetings and contribute to the creation of market strategies to enhance sales and team performance.
- Responsible for creating annual sales budgets and forecasts for the department, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize sales processes to achieve targeted results, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Closely monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead of the competition and drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in sales within the cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience in team management and building an effective sales team.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and budgets, with a focus on achieving results.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and team development.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
