About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through effective account management, new business development, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify growth opportunities and ensure continued business development.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding our presence in the government market.
  • Product and Solution Promotion: Ensure that all clients are informed about our portfolio, including hardware, airtime, projects, parts, and services.
  • Sales Support: Provide dedicated sales support to clients, handling their requests professionally and efficiently to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Reseller and Agent Management: Work with existing Resellers and Agents while identifying and onboarding new ones to expand business opportunities.
  • Order and Service Management: Ensure that sales orders and service issues are managed smoothly, keeping clients informed about delivery and resolution processes.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on account management and new business development.
  • Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the satellite communication industry is advantageous, but a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to this field is also valued.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to work independently and maintain excellent communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Polish and English is essential for this role.
  • Personal Qualities: A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a professional attitude, flexibility, and a strong commercial awareness.
