About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Andersen, a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the USA market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales plans, setting targets and tracking progress.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a software development or technology-related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
