About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to join our team at Carrier Transicold. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the Polish market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute aggressive account growth plans for top customers in Poland
  • Lead complex negotiations and define value propositions to improve our company's position and secure long-term contracts
  • Build and maintain direct business relationships with key end-users and national accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all strategic account communication and engagement
  • Support assigned customers in sales activities and provide assistance in identifying new opportunities
  • Advise and coach sales channels in their sales pursuit activities
  • Regularly review sales activities to achieve order plans and deliver on financial objectives
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of customers, opportunities, markets, and competition
  • Develop and implement sales action plans to effectively execute our company strategy
  • Ensure sales team members develop and manage a strong pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Assist with the development and presentation of strategic sales presentations and proposals
  • Monitor sales metrics and implement actions to improve sales performance
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10+ years of sales management experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and CRM
  • Fluent in English language
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar field
