Join Our Team as Sales Manager for Poland

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market entry strategies and country-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers in Poland.
  • Manage direct sales and partner sales activities from lead generation to final contract.
  • Support marketing activities and participate in industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with international subsidiaries and report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and CEO of Ehrhardt + Partner Group.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in sales, preferably as a business development manager or sales manager.
  • Experience in logistics and affinity for IT and technical systems.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Competitive and enthusiastic individual with strong contact ability.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
