Lead the Charge in Poland
As our new General Manager Poland, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance and expansion of our Warsaw office. Your mission will be to drive strategic and operational initiatives to capitalize on the growth potential in this key market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for the Polish market
- Lead a high-performing team to drive sales and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Craft and oversee the creation of compelling RFPs to attract new clients
- Provide regular reporting to the board on progress and strategies
- Manage business units within allocated budgets to achieve company goals
Your Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in a senior sales/marketing position in the airline/travel industry in Poland
- Proven track record in sales, marketing, and leadership within the airline or travel trade industry
- Fluency in Polish and English is a given, with proficiency in additional languages being highly advantageous
- Strong business development skills with a focus on service excellence and business growth
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
