Job Title: Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our revenue growth efforts and drive business development for Polonia Warszawa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, advertisers, and elite group members.
  • Manage and negotiate sponsorship and advertising deals to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Polonia Warszawa's brand and increase ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and communication teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the sales and marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior management on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
